We welcome you to our private fishing paradise located in beautiful Callaway County Missouri.
Let's first start with your lodging. You will be staying in our 60,000 square foot lodge, which
has a 1900’s Teddy Roosevelt look. Built with Missouri yellow pine, Cedar Lake Lodge encompasses
many dining rooms, giant rock fireplaces, ballrooms, three commercial kitchens and 8 unique overnight
rooms for our friends and guest. As you walk thru the door you step into a massive trophy room complete
with wildlife from around the globe, all of which was personally collected buy members of the family.
During the first 6 weeks of our season which starts March 1st we have stocked trophy trout that can be caught along with some big trophy female bass. Although the number of fish caught is not as high as later months –this is your best chance for a huge fish. As we get into the end of April and May the number of fish caught goes way up, with 100 fish a day commonplace. June, July and August find us in some of the most exciting fishing with top water action being the feature. Cedar Lake itself was built in 1968 and is an earthen dam holding 40 acres of fishable water. Several smaller catfish ponds surround the lake on our 160 acre estate. Nearly 30 species of fish call our waters home. When evening comes, dinner is own your own at Tonanzio’s where you will enjoy world class fare. Entrees include Italian specialties, fresh seafood, steaks and wild game. Retire to your room and dream of doing it all over again tomorrow. | |||||

| For that extra day we are located between three towns. Jefferson City which is the capitol of Missouri boasts many
historical buildings and tours
along the Missouri river and is only 20 minutes away. Fulton Missouri is a small town full of history, antique shops and
old brick streets. The finest Winston Churchill museum in the world is located on the campus of Westminster college and
was the site of the famous “Iron Curtain” speech delivered by Churchill defining the lines of the Cold War. Fulton is
a short ten-minute drive. To the west, 30 minutes away, is the booming college town of Columbia Missouri, home of the
University of Missouri Tigers and large shopping malls. If you have a little extra time, to the south one hour is the Lake of the Ozarks. The “Lake” is the largest body of water in Missouri and is a tourist play ground with golf, water sports and many caves (Missouri is home to many several caves). Branson is only a few hours drive away. Now for my favorite extra day outing –that would be a day on a local small stream a few minutes drive from the lodge fishing for wild Smallmouth and Panfish. Equipped with your float tube and gear we provide, spend the day wading and floating-casting for a variety of species. Enjoy bluffs and wildlife along with a fresh fish shore lunch that you can imagine. | |||||

Located in the beautiful hillsides of Callaway County Missouri –Safari Unlimited and Tonanzio’s Cedar Lake Lodge
present a 4 night – 4 day wild turkey/bass combo for one hunter and one non-hunter.
On this relaxing trip awake to the sounds of gobblers within walking distance of the lodge. After a successful morning in the woods enjoy a delicious lunch and then an afternoon of guided trophy bass fishing. Sundowners at the Safari Bar will prelude a gourmet feast at Tonanzio’s the restaurant that encompasses the 60,000 square foot lodge. Menu features pasta, seafood, steaks, fresh crappie and wild game. Also enjoy a variety of imported wines and homemade desserts. The day ends with the best part, knowing you get to do it all over again tomorrow. | |||||
